Daniel Caballero
CO-FOUNDER
Daniel Caballero is a highly decorated war veteran who served in the US Army for 8 years. He enlisted in 2002 and successfully completed Basic Training at Ft. Benning. Throughout his military career, he served as a team leader in various positions and completed two tours of Duty in Iraq. In 2010, he was honorably discharged from the 4th Infantry Division. Following his active service, Sgt. Caballero joined the Florida National Guard.
Sgt. Caballero has received numerous awards and medals for his service, including 2 Army Commendation Medals, an Army Achievement Medal, a Combat Infantry Badge, a Presidential Unit Citation, a Good Conduct Medal, an Expert Marksman designation, a National Defense Medal, an Iraq Campaign Medal, and a Global War on Terrorism Medal. He has also been recognized with the GWOT Expeditionary Medal.
In his civilian life, Sgt. Caballero has been serving as a Firefighter/Paramedic in the City of Miami Fire Rescue Department since 2011. He has obtained certifications in various areas such as Fire Inspector II, Fire Plans Examiner, Vehicle Extrication, Hazardous Materials, and Rope Operations. In 2018, he received a Unit Citation from the Fire Chief.
Sgt. Caballero has pursued higher education and holds an AA in Fire Science from Keiser University (2013) and a BS in Environmental Science from Phoenix University (2020).
He is affiliated with various organizations both in the military and civilian sectors, including the National Rifle Association, Veteran of Foreign Wars 4127, Combat Infantrymen Association, and Florida Trail.
In addition to his professional achievements, Sgt. Caballero has also obtained extracurricular certifications as a Dive Master/Search and Rescue specialist and an ATF Pyro Assistant. He completed a remarkable 1,300 miles of the Florida trail with Warrior Expeditions in 2016.
Born and raised in Miami, Sgt. Caballero currently resides in Homestead, Florida with his wife and two young children. He leads an active lifestyle and enjoys engaging in outdoor activities such as boating, hiking, and diving.
Tonny Arias
CO-FOUNDER
Tonny Arias has been a dedicated member of the City Of Miami Fire Department for 14 years. In 2003, he initially pursued a career in law enforcement and joined the Florida Dept. of Corrections as a correction officer. During his time in the academy, he showcased his impressive wrestling skills in Defensive Tactics, even pinning one of his instructors. This outstanding performance led to his placement in a specialized confinement unit that dealt with maximum-security inmates. Throughout his three years with the DOC, Tonny served as a valuable member of the RRT, Confinement, and Cell Extraction team.
Driven by his passion for assisting others, Tonny embarked on a firefighting career in 2006. After graduating as the class leader, he briefly worked at Marathon Fire Rescue before joining the City Of Miami Fire Department in 2009. Tonny’s list of accomplishments and positions within the department is extensive, including roles as a Firefighter/Paramedic/Fire Inspector, receiving three FF unit citations, and specializing in various rescue operations such as vehicle extrication, rope rescue, confined space rescue, trench rescue, structural collapse rescue, high angle rescue, and swift water rescue.
Tonny was born and raised in Miami, FL, and currently resides there with his wife and dog. His son proudly serves as a US Marine. Tonny maintains an active lifestyle and enjoys spending time outdoors engaging in activities like riding an ATV, bicycling, and shooting.
Rafael Rios
CO-FOUNDER
Rafael Rios, a retired attorney and American entrepreneur, has a notable background. Having completed his education at Northwestern University School of Law, he began his career as an attorney for McDonald’s Corporation. Additionally, he served as an Assistant to the Mayor of Chicago, showcasing his dedication to public service. Rafael’s involvement extends beyond the United States, as he has actively collaborated and contributed to numerous European and South American projects. Currently, he holds a significant position with Miami Mobile Mayhem LLC and is actively involved in various local initiatives in the Miami, Florida area.
